FlyVPN supports the following payment methods: PayPal, MyCard, Credit Card, Payssion, Bitcoin, etc.

Pay by Webmoney, Yandex, Trustpay, etc.

Support in-app purchases directly on the App Store.

PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards support refund within 30 days,other payment methods do not support refund.

Cancel Paypal subscription:

Reccurring payment feature is suitable for people who don't want to purchase FlyVPN every month manually. If you just want to use FlyVPN for short terms.You can cancel auto payment yourself in PayPal. Follow instructions below to cancel recurring payment on FlyVPN. 

Please login into your PayPal account, and gradually cancel the revolving payment according to the following steps.

1. Go to your Settings.

2. Click PAYMENTS. Click Manage automatic payments.

3. Select the merchant's name whose payment you want to cancel.

4.Click "Cancel"

Cancel the Paymentwall subscription:

Please contact "FlyVPN" customer service directly.

We will no longer automatically deduct money from your account. If the cancellation is unsuccessful, please contact our customer service.

What if the paid package is not activated after successful payment?

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Please cancel it at least 24 hours before the subscriptions ends.

If you don't see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

What if the paid package is not activated after successful payment?

If your account has not been activated after successful payment due to some technical reasons, please log out of the account and log in to the client again;

If the account is still not activated, please provide the payment transaction information: transaction ID, FlyVPN login account, payment amount, plan information, etc. Then contact our customer service, and they will manually activate the account for you after verification.

What if the paid package is not activated after successful payment?

1. Sign in to your account on the website.

2. Click on "Billing".

3. Check for "Active Subscription" and click "Cancel".

Please cancel it at least 24 hours before the subscriptions ends.

If you don't see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
